Ceremony when used in conjunction with a reception rental in RAMP Level: $1,150

Ceremony Only: $1,500

Weekday Rental (Monday-Thursday): $2,700 (up to 3pm)

Weekday Evening Rental (Monday-Thursday): $3,000 (3-10pm)

Weekend Rental (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday): $4,000

*Special holiday rates may apply, rates subject to change

What’s Included

• Tables and chairs for up to 250 guests**

• Day of event timing from 12pm-12am

• Set up of our equipment based on your floorplan

• Time before your event to load in and set up space

• Hire any full-service caterer of your choice

• Supply your own alcohol (as long as it is served by a professional bartending service of your choice)

• Prep area and restroom facilities within the venue

• Wireless internet access available

• Commercial HVAC system

• Free, ample parking

Ceremony Rentals Include:

• Time for rehearsal before the event

• Time for set-up the day of

• Time for photos before and after the ceremony

Please note that the rental of chairs and tables for “ceremonies only” are not included in the rental rate

** All in-house rental equipment requires linens. Linens are not included with the space rental but are typically provided through your full-service caterer.
